Each avatar carries two alleles per trait — one from each parent. The engine runs Mendelian inheritance for simple traits and polygenic calculations for complex ones like skin tone and height.
Recessive conditions — sickle cell, cystic fibrosis, PKU, albinism — track silently as carrier alleles. They only emerge when both parents carry the same recessive. Two carriers: 25% chance of an affected child.

The most sensitive information in GeneCode is protected at the database level — not just by code, but enforced at the database layer. Even a rogue script cannot read protected data.
The father of a pregnancy is never revealed — not to the mother, not to the father, not to anyone — until a Specialist physician runs a test and chooses to release the result.
Pregnancy symptoms appear 48–96 hours after conception. Even then, a pregnancy test carries a 5% false positive rate. Only a physician examination gives certainty.
Privacy rules are enforced at the database layer, not the application layer. Sensitive columns return null for unauthorised queries — built into the infrastructure itself.
