Select Patient

Sensor scans 20 metres. Choose from any registered GeneCode avatar nearby. All actions apply to them until you pick someone new. Patient must be wearing their HUD.

Lv3+🧬

Full Panel

Complete profile — genetics, hormones, pregnancy status, weeks, cycle data, fertility scores. Private to you only. Patient doesn't see it unless you share in character.

Lv2+🔬

Hormone Panel

Female: cycle day, fertile window, pregnancy, symptoms, labour stage.
Male: testosterone, cortisol, adrenaline, fertility and motility scores.

Lv3+🧪

Genetics Panel

Eye, hair and skin phenotypes. Blood genotype. Dominant traits. Inherited conditions. Raw allele pairs — useful for predicting what a child would inherit from both parents.

SOAP notes are permanent records. Other physicians can read your notes on the web portal. Write them like real clinical records — good notes build your reputation and the world's lore.

Paternity results are sealed. The result is stored privately after testing. You choose when to Release it — always discuss with all parties first for the best dramatic moment in RP.

Follow up on treatments. Run a Hormone Panel after 4–6 weeks of testosterone or fertility treatment to check if scores improved. Write a follow-up SOAP note to document the progress.
